How to Use the AI Companion Chat with Silent Mode

 

The AI Companion Chat is designed to provide an interactive audio experience. If your device is in silent mode, the initial audio introduction may be muted.

To ensure you can hear the AI Companion's audio, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your device's silent mode setting. Make sure your device is not in silent mode before starting a chat session.

  2. Interact with the AI Companion. The audio will automatically activate once you respond to the AI Companion's initial introduction. You can type or speak your response.

  3. Use the replay function. If you need to listen to a previous message, you can use the replay button within the chat transcript. This feature works even if your device is in silent mode.
