How to Send an Invite to Clients to Download the app

• After completing this article, you should be able to successfully sent intives from the Care Team Application to your Clients to Download the Mobile Application

Purpose/Short Description:

• The "Anonymous Health" Mobile Application is availbale on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. 
• Clients can independently download the application and log into it with the email address associated with their Client Profile.

• Guideline: Break down complex processes into simple, numbered steps. Each step should be clear, specific, and concise. Use plain language, avoiding jargon where possible.
• Structure:
  1. Step 1: Login to the Care Team Application (CTA) with your Counselor Role enabled account.
  2. Step 2: Navigate to, or Search for the Client you wish to invite 
  3. Step 3: From the Client Profile Page, Select the "Invite to App" sub-tab
  4. Step 4: Select the blue "Send SMS ->" and/ or "Send Email ->" to send SMS and EMail invites to the User for them to download the App
  5. Please Note: Users should login with the email address associated with their Profile for best experience.
